Mehran Kalantari international master chef citizens of Oman and Australia has an interesting story behind his career.

It’s not so unexpected to say that his father also was a chef. Mehran has had an interest in cooking since he was a child. And he also was a chef when he was studying at university.
Mehran didn’t stop learning and very quickly he started taking professional cooking courses. And very soon he started learning international cuisine.
As talented as he was, very soon he started to be an international chef, head chef and eventually an international master chef.
He also is a professional in national cuisines, especially Turkish ones, because he has been a head chef in a Turkish restaurant in Istanbul for four years.
One of his main expertise is working in super luxury restaurants and hotels in Iran and other countries.
His honors do not end just here. He has gotten the first place in the international festival (ECCO) between 40 different countries and 40 different head and master chefs.
Mehran also has a remarkable story. Once he was a host in Palace of Sultan Qaboos in Oman. He hosted guests from different countries, including Iran. He prepared a unique menu of the most luxury Kababs, including Iranian ones.
The guests enjoyed the food so much that called him “Aba Kabab”, means father of Kabab. In addition to this name, they also gave him a dagger and a plaque of appreciation.
He also is an expert in equipping a total restaurant from scratch. And he has done it in so many countries such as Russia and Turkey.
He has also been a judge in major competitions such as Quiche Lorraine, France, where he was presented with a golden knife.
